SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a professional Business Analyst to support the Implementation department. As a support member of the implementation team, the candidate must understand the project management life cycle as well as experience in business analysis. The RFQ, or Request for Quote, is a change management document which outlines significant change in scope, requirements, pricing, and statement of work for our implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience as a business analyst in an online banking environment. The analyst will create, develop, plan, write and manage Quotes, Statements of Work (SOW), and additional discovery-type documents required by the Implementation team during the Implementation process. The Analyst also conducts interviews with various SMEs, Financial Institutions and technical staff to gather and verify data for responses.
A Typical Day:
• Oversee RFQs from client request to contractual obligation.
• Design and manage the implementation of the RFQ process for Project managers
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and technically actionable documentation that enables developers and engineers to efficiently design and deliver solutions.
• Create, maintain, and manage an effective RFQ process to ensure a positive client experience is achieved
• Organize, prioritize, and communicate updates to RFQ stakeholders
• Prioritize escalated RFQs and ensure priority is recognized amongst all interacting departments
• Create and generate RFQ reports for internal use - data analysis
• Client engagement will be required
• Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
• Other duties as needed

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5-7 years' relevant work experience
• Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving & leadership skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects/assignments concurrently under aggressive deadlines
• Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
• Experience with RFP software/processes; proficiency in MS Office required
• Professional knowledge and understanding of the project management lifecycle and financial services
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
